ASSOCIATE ANALYST, CHANNEL OPERATIONS (Weekly Processing)
Job Role and Responsibilities:
On time and complete processing of channel distribution weekly files (i.e. inventory, end customer backlog (ECBL), point of sale (POS) and ship & debit claims), with no errors for assigned accounts
Build strong relationships with distribution and internal partners in order to:
drive improvements to data quality
enhance reporting behavior/habits
understand unusual trends/fluctuations in sales/inventory
Ensure that data among systems are reconciled, and, where discrepancies are found, to identify root cause and propose permanent solutions with close guidance from team manager
Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)
Work with manager to handle ad-hoc analysis and tasks
Minimum Requirements:
BA degree in Finance/Accounting
Knowledge of Channel distribution in a semiconductor technology company is a plus
Strong Excel skills and data analysis
Lead or Involvement in Process Improvement is a plus
Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task and complete assignments within defined deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience with Model N, SAP S/4HANA, Qlikview and Power BI
