POSITION SUMMARY
As our HR Generalist you will support the day-to-day HR operations across the employee life cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, reporting, payroll, community activities, and HR project support. This role works closely with employees, supervisors, and leadership to promote consistent HR practices, support business needs, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Support our workforce by executing and overseeing weekly payroll and various administrative functions.
- Support compliance activities related to employment practices, training requirements, workplace policies, and required reporting.
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, on site interview support, new hire paperwork, and new employee orientations.
- Support employee relations matters, workplace investigations, corrective action, and performance management processes in partnership with HR leadership.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR system data in accordance with company policies and applicable legal requirements, workplace policies and required reporting.
- Assist with the administration of leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, worker’s compensation, and return to work processes as assigned.
- Assist in strategic planning and reporting across locations.
- Work on human resources projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience.
- Prior manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS/payroll systems, and HR communication tools.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations.
- Experience with employee relations, investigations, attendance management, and policy interpretation.
- Experience with HR reporting, HRIS data entry, and compliance tracking.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug (including THC)& background screening
- Must wear company-provided personal protection equipment (PPE) in required areas
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, and move throughout the office and manufacturing areas
- Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, prior manufacturing experience a plus
