Summary: Amgen is a biotechnology company focused on serving patients living with serious illnesses. The Operations Transformation Intern will support the execution and value validation of an Operations transformation pilot, focusing on Continuous Improvement and AI methodologies to deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: - Identify baseline and targets for other pilot opportunities - Translating business needs into solutions that streamline process improvements, improve decision-making, and deliver strong data analytics - Enable data exploration and readiness. Review diverse financial datasets to frame problems around measurable outcomes connecting improvements to business impact - Support fast-paced teams performing rapid analysis on finance, supply, and other operational metric data to uncover insights/actions and visualization tools - Assist in solution iteration based on end-user feedback.
