Summary: Amery Hospital & Clinic is a nonprofit integrated health care organization that focuses on improving the emotional, physical, and financial well-being of its employees. The Well-being Intern will assist in launching wellness initiatives, creating content, and analyzing program impact to enhance employee engagement and health. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, such as nutrition workshops, mental health sessions, and stress-reduction initiatives - Create, design, and distribute engaging marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, digital content) to promote wellness events - Coordinate, set up, and facilitate on-site or virtual health events, workshops, and wellness challenges - Survey employees to assess wellness needs, analyze program participation data, and assist in drafting impact reports - Conduct research on wellness trends, such as mindfulness, mental health, and physical health, to enhance program offerings - Help plan and execute monthly health challenges and wellness webinars - Draft communications for company wellness newsletters - Maintain the inventory of wellness resources Required Qualifications: - Current student or recent graduate in Public Health, Psychology, Nutrition, or related field - Strong communication skills - Passion for health - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Required Skills: Public Health, Data Analysis, Event Planning Important Skills: Microsoft Office Benefits: Health, Time off, Retirement planning, Continuous learning opportunities
