Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings
- Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists
- Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners
- Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services
- Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness
- Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs
- Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns
