American Gonzo Restaurants operates 20+ locations across Southern California, including Superba, American Beauty, The Win~Dow, and Pitfire Pizza. Each concept is chef-driven, community-focused, and led by passionate hospitality professionals.
The Win~Dow is not your typical burger! Our quality obsessed chefs grill our burgers with the same attention and skill as they do the prime cut steaks at our steakhouse, American Beauty. The Win~Dow is adored by locals and chefs alike and has grown from a humble neighborhood stand to a cult-followed destination serving over 1 million burgers last year!
We are looking for a Line Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate will be eager to provide great experience for our guests, organized, consistent, and efficient.

Qualifications:
1 -2 years of experience as a line cook- scratch kitchen strongly preferred
Are dedicated to giving our guests great service
Commitment to recipe adherence, food safety, and quality control
Able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
Can keep up with a fast-paced work environment
Want to become part of a team that feels like family
Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
