Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and generate leads.
• Manage social media content, engagement, and advertising.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community members.
• Coordinate community outreach, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to grow the agency and connect customers with our services.
• Track marketing results and help improve campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with marketing, social media, and digital tools.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Someone who enjoys networking and being active in the community.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain the required Wisconsin insurance licenses for Property, Casualty, and Life.

Preferred: Marketing or sales experience, knowledge of insurance, and a related degree or equivalent experience.
