Job Description
We are looking for an analytical professional with excellent communication skills to coordinate insurance retention and collections operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between our partner insurance carriers and the third-party call center, ensuring that frontline agents have the targets, incentives, and tools required to maximize customer retention and collections efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Retention Coordination: Execute and oversee daily retention campaigns, ensuring the external team has the necessary tools and information to operate effectively.
• Training & Enablement: Coordinate with insurance carriers to provide support materials and schedule training sessions for the retention team, ensuring agents have deep product knowledge and effective retention techniques.
• Third-Party Call Center Monitoring: Track the daily performance of the service provider, monitoring operational metrics and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Collections: Coordinate the implementation of collection strategies and supervise the effectiveness of collections per Insurance Carrier
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate periodic reports on portfolio performance, identifying trends and proposing tactical improvements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical profile with advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking targets and results.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for interacting with external partners (insurance carriers and vendor).
• Great organizational skills to manage multiple operational processes and training schedules simultaneously.
• Focus on Customer Experience (CX) and high attention to detail.
• Intermediate English level
