Job Description
Summary: American Express is a leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses. The Associate Digital Product Manager will lead product strategy and execution for Consumer and Commercial Banking Account Management experiences, defining product features and managing the product backlog while collaborating with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the digital product roadmap, defining features, scope, and backlog priorities
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and user research to develop user stories, design experiences, and conduct user testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to launch new products and features, and manage in-market performance post-launch
- Leverage data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future releases
- Serve as the primary product liaison with partners, merchants, and vendors
- Monitor external trends and market dynamics to inform ongoing product innovation
Required Qualifications:
