Job Description
Summary: American Express is a company with a long history of innovation and a commitment to customer service. They are seeking an Associate for their Digital Product Management team to drive adoption of their Secure Remote Commerce solution by collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing user experience through data analysis and product documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, track, and monitor key performance indicators and achievements for the product
- Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience
- Assist in developing the business case for new product features
- Assist with research of regulatory and industry developments and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications and opportunities
- Create and maintain product documentation and guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Compliance and other stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features
Required Qualifications:
- Communication: Able to provide concise, simple articulation of problem statements and solutions
- Adaptability and Drive: Fast learner, with ability to use own initiative and a ‘can do' attitude towards problem solving and decision making
- Collaboration: Ability to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, understand needs, and influence them towards the right solution
- Product Management Methodologies: Experience of working within an Agile product delivery framework including product road mapping
- Analytical: Market/Industry Analysis, interpreting data into meaningful insights
- Product management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the payments industry
