What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Process cancellations for all products with accuracy and efficiency
- Review cancellation requests for missing information, pending claims, and policy status
- Assist with printing and mailing checks to the appropriate recipients
- Respond to lender requests and maintain the Ford website
- Manage and maintain work email to ensure timely communication
- Answer high‑volume inbound calls from dealerships and customers regarding cancellations and service issues
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and customer‑focused manner
- Support additional tasks as requested by the supervisor

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong attention to detail

- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Is recognized for their organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Has 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, automotive, or related fields
- (If applicable) Meets the Charter of the French Language requirement: Beginner, intermediate, or advanced English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with customers, lenders, and dealerships on a daily basis
Additional capabilities that support success:
- Strong computer and MS Office skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of Great Plains is a plus
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, learning‑oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt well to procedural and organizational changes
