They are seeking an Application Solutions Intern to assist in programming assignments, develop systems, and collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to ensure software quality and functionality. Responsibilities: - Assist in reviewing functional requirements and developing diagrams (use cases, flowcharts) to support software design and analysis - Collaborate with Business Analysts and developers to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project goals - Use Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, SQL Server Management Studio) to support software development and testing - Develops and executes unit and integration tests to help ensure application quality and reliability - Help troubleshoot and improve existing production systems, including performance analysis and issue resolution - Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data and contributes to continuous learning through training and team collaboration - Support application quality by writing and executing unit tests and assisting with integration or regression testing using automated testing tools - Participate in technical discussions or working groups as a contributor and learning resource Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program - 0-6 months of prior work experience - Experience with Microsoft .NET architecture and development - T-SQL programming skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to troubleshoot software application issues by making programming changes and modifications to the configuration Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding or experience with financial applications Required Skills: Microsoft .NET, T-SQL programming, Software troubleshooting, Software testing, Financial applications, Analytical skills
