Assistent Storemanager at America Today in Haarlem, North Holland, NL

Join America Today – A Brand inspired by the American lifestyle!

Years ago, one of our founders said that shopping at America Today should be an enjoyable experience—without a gum-chewing, rude salesperson snapping at you. And honestly, we still stand by that today. So, if you’re not that kind of person but instead an energetic assistant store manager who makes every customer feel at home and loves motivating and inspiring your team, keep reading—we’re looking for you!

What do you actually do as a store manager?

As an Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for ensuring smooth daily operations in the store. You lead by example unpacking new collections, styling the store, keeping the fitting rooms tidy, and making sure everything looks perfect.

At the cash register, you greet customers with a smile, ensuring they leave with a great shopping experience.

Providing excellent customer service energizes you. You have a passion for fashion and love sharing the story behind our collections with customers.

A great outfit is important, but the overall experience is what truly makes the difference!

If this sounds like the perfect job for you, here’s what we offer:

• A salary based on your experience
• 150% pay on Sundays and 200% on public holidays
• Full reimbursement for public transport (with a few conditions)
• A 20% discount, plus exclusive shopping nights with 40% off
