Job Description
Summary: Ameresco, Inc. is a leading energy solutions provider dedicated to helping customers reduce costs and decarbonize. They are offering an internship opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern in Framingham, MA, where the intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative and project-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support for the Talent Acquisition team
- Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for open positions
- Support the management and posting of internship and job opportunities on Handshake and other campus recruitment platforms
- Participate in campus recruitment events and help develop outreach materials to attract emerging talent
- Update and maintain talent acquisition content on the HR intranet page
- Conduct research and gather data to support recruiting projects and strategies
- Assist with creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance recruitment process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and internal procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and uphold data integrity throughout the talent acquisition process
- Build positive relationships across departments and with internal stakeholders to facilitate recruitment efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support talent acquisition
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong relationship management, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct multi-media sourcing outreach and present information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
