Summary: AMBOSS is a powerful medical learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will support the team in executing sales processes and event operations during the peak sales season, contributing to enhancing medical education for students. Responsibilities: - Drive seamless execution of all pre- and post-event logistics to power our Roadshow success - Expand our campus presence by activating student communities and digital channels - Strengthen our on-campus visibility through ensuring smooth communication, materials management, and shipping logistics - Own inbound leads and sponsorship coordination - Act as the operational bridge between Roadshow and Marketing, localizing campaigns, aligning performance efforts, and supporting a cohesive social media strategy - Build and maintain scalable systems (sign-ups, shops, access codes, cohort tracking) to support data-driven growth and operational excellence Required Qualifications: - Enrolled or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High level of organizational and detail-oriented skills to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace - A hunger for impact and a growth mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets) is a plus Required Skills: Event logistics Important Skills: Software familiarity Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaborative mindset, Growth mindset Benefits: 6 paid vacation days, AMBOSS holiday, personal purpose day and more, Medical, dental and retirement plans; fitness subscription.., Daily breakfast in the New York office, work remotely from 4 other office locations…
