Summer 2026 Ambius Training Intern at Ambius in Memphis, TN

Summary: Ambius, a member of the Rentokil family of companies, is a global leader in Pest Control and other services. The training intern will assist in developing and delivering training programs, including conducting needs assessments and facilitating training sessions. Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities - Research and analyze instructional design theories and best practices - Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and SMEs to collaborate and create curriculum to fit training needs - Develop practical and engaging facilitator and participant materials including presentations, job aids, and other learning materials that align with the training strategy - Apply principles of adult learning, learning methodologies, and focused instructional design approaches and processes to training solutions - Evaluate training data to make recommendations on program improvement - Facilitate in person and virtual training as needed Required Qualifications: - Familiarity with Google Suite; authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or other e-learning platforms a plus - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - The ability to identify problems, analyze information, and develop creative solutions - A keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of instructional materials - The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including subject matter experts and other designers - Possesses or working towards an undergraduate, master's degree, or certificate in education, instructional design, or other relevant fields with at least 60 hours of coursework completed at the bachelor's level Required Skills: Google Suite Important Skills: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate Nice-to-Have Skills: Teamwork skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
