Role: AI Strategy & Automation Intern

Duration: 2-6 Months

Location: Gurgaon

Stipend: 10,000 - 20,000 / month + PPO Opportunity

The Mission: We are a premier Real Estate firm in Gurgaon looking for a Gen Z "Builder" to disrupt the construction industry. You won't be making coffee; you'll be building the AI brain of our operations. We want to move from manual Excel sheets to intelligent, chatting agents.

What Youll Build:
• Agentic Workflows: Turn static Excel/Construction data into interactive AI Chat Agents.
• Doc-Gen Automation: Build systems to auto-generate complex business and legal documents.
• Smart Analytics: Create tools that ingest raw data, analyze trends, and present visual reports autonomously.
• Industry Disruption: Apply Gemini & latest LLMs to solve real-world construction bottlenecks.

Who You Are:
• Top-Tier Talent: Student at a premium engineering college (IIT, NIT, DTU, NSUT, or equivalent).
• AI Enthusiast: Deep interest in LLMs (Gemini, GPT-4) and building RAG pipelines.
• Tech Stack: Proficient in Python and data libraries. Experience with AI APIs is a must.
• Problem Solver: You care more about "building stuff that works" than just theory.
