Summary: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon and is the global cloud computing leader. They are seeking HRLDP interns to work on challenging projects across various HR teams, providing opportunities for mentorship and networking with senior HR leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Drive people strategies in partnership with senior business leaders
- Develop strategic programs that tackle critical business priorities

Required Qualifications:
- Are enrolled in or have completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- MBA or Masters' Degree conferral date between December 1, 2027 and September 30, 2028

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional or military experience, or MBA
- Experience in project and program management
- HR experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization including senior leaders and managers
