Summary: Amazon is one of the top 100 companies in the United States, and they are seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator for their Fulfillment Center. The successful candidate will maintain IT inventory, coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets, and support the IT team in various activities.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center
- Responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty
- Support the IT Support Technicians and IT Support Engineers in daily projects and activities as directed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Can bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with QA, testing, helpdesk, IT support, or any technician or quality assurance type work
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service

- Experience in procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as IT lifecycle
- Experience with software or hardware troubleshooting and device connectivity
- Experience in oral and written communication
