Accounting and Finance Administrator at AMA Support… · Pittsburgh

AMA Support Services is an innovative and dynamic company, where our commitment to care extends not only to the people we serve, but to each and every employee who chooses to work with us.

At AMA Support Services we strive to be unique and different from other companies that support adults with disabilities in community-based homes, because here at AMA we know that the care we give to our individuals can only be as good as the people providing it. It is true that we are more selective about choosing the right people for our company, but once you are chosen we are fully committed to you, your development, your satisfaction with your work with our company, and your future success. We offer affordable health insurance coverage, 401k plans with generous company matches, annual raises, paid time off, seasonal bonuses, education support, flexible schedules, loans, and other benefits. But more importantly, we have a culture of respect and appreciation, where our employees are honored and valued both for their work inside the company and their lives outside it equally to the people we care for.

At AMA, we’re more than just a team – we’re a growing community united by our shared dedication to making a difference. Here, every person’s unique efforts and contributions are valued, and together, we create an environment that inspires growth, compassion, unity and excellence. By becoming part of the AMA family, you’ll join a network of supportive, driven, and innovative people working towards a common goal. This is where purpose meets opportunity. So, if you’re passionate about helping others, growing professionally, and joining a work culture built on respect, appreciation, and belief that you can do and be more than you are today, AMA Support Services is the place for you.
