Job Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities in the ACP, faade, construction, and building materials market.
• Identify and develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and project clients.
• Visit project sites and track upcoming construction and faade projects.
• Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.
• Promote ACP products through product presentations, samples, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and internal sales teams for order generation.
• Prepare quotations and support negotiations with customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-up for orders, payments, and project execution.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and daily visit reports.
• Provide regular market feedback and sales updates to the reporting manager.
