Job Description
Summary: Fuze Health is dedicated to enhancing healthcare through digital solutions. The Early Career Product Analyst will perform in-depth analyses to drive operational decisions and support product strategy through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis on our prescription processing & patient care business to drive key operational decisions
- Design & build data models that elevate data-driven decisioning through speed to insights & data democratization
- Design, implement, and launch dashboards using SQL to measure the success of our product initiatives
- Act as a critical thought partner and collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to provide visibility and recommend solutions that drive meaningful impact to our business
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science
- At least 1 year of work experience in an analytics or technical role, using SQL regularly to analyze data and provide insights with a specific focus on operational and supply chain data
- High level of comfort creating dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Experienced in SQL-based data manipulation with large datasets
- Thrive in a dynamic fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You're unafraid to dive into an unfamiliar problem but humble enough to make mistakes and iterate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with call center and workforce management analytics, especially healthcare and/or pharmacy-related data
- Experience in designing ETL workflows
- Programming experience in Python or similar language
