We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across complex engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project planning and scheduling activities
Maintain and track project cost, budget, and financial forecasts
OPEX
Produce progress reports and performance dashboard.
Track key metrics (SPI, CPI, Earned Value)
Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams
Support project governance and reporting requirements
qualifications
Required Skills:
Strong background in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering
Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalentmilitary experience.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
