Summary: Altar'd State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with a commitment to giving back and making a difference. They are seeking an IT Infrastructure & Engineering Intern responsible for various projects and support work across technology, including troubleshooting technical issues and implementing automation improvements. Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting complex technical issues - Administering various infrastructure-level systems - Implementing automation and efficiency improvements - Evaluating the onboarding/termination process - Improving capabilities for visualizing and reporting on end user issues - Collaborating with the IT Operations & Development team to enhance productivity through automation Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree as a Junior or Senior student on path for Data Analytics, Computer Science or Information Systems or related field - Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week - Applicants should have a basic knowledge of the on-premise and cloud Google & Microsoft enterprise environments and a demonstrated interest in improving processes and technology (e.g., through their past internship experience, on-campus employment at a university helpdesk, personal projects, and/or academic achievements) - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are critical, as the role involves working with all departments with various backgrounds, experiences, and projects - Candidates should excel at combining critical analysis and research to solve unfamiliar problems Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity or experience with general systems administration, Windows & Mac environments, and Command Prompt, PowerShell, and/or other scripting languages is a plus Required Skills: Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Systems Administration Important Skills: Windows Environment, Mac Environment Nice-to-Have Skills: Critical Analysis, Research Skills, Scripting Languages, Project Management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
