PEACE Investigative Interviewing Instructor at AlphaHire in Remote

AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.

We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.

AlphaGov is engaging a PEACE Investigative Interviewing Instructor for current federal training work. You will deliver in-person, instructor-led courses in the P.E.A.C.E. model (Preparation and Planning, Engage and Explain, Account, Closure, Evaluate) to federal safety inspectors and investigators who interview witnesses, whistleblowers, and regulated parties.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

• Deliver week-long (about 40-hour), in-person P.E.A.C.E. investigative interviewing courses for classes of up to 20 federal employees

• Teach planning, rapport building, free recall, clarification and challenge, closure, and evaluation using practical exercises and role plays

• Tailor scenarios to regulatory, safety-hotline, whistleblower, audit, and compliance or enforcement interviews

• Coach participants with structured feedback and assess skill application

• Help adapt course materials, workbooks, and evaluations to agency orders and guidance

• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
