The intern will gain hands-on experience in digital strategy projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, and present insights to senior leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: - Analyze and recommend improvements for customer retention and engagement, specifically looking at community and OMNI programs - Conduct market, competitive, and customer insights research - Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership - Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with teams to support project delivery and measure impact - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Growth, Retail, and Operations - Develop strategic frameworks and business cases to support high-impact initiatives - Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or a related field with a graduation date by June 2026 - Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Passion for digital strategy, e-commerce, and customer experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data trends and create impactful presentations - Proactive & driven, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze), analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Heap, etc) is a plus Required Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Digital Strategy, E-commerce, Customer Experience, Google Analytics, Tableau, Heap
