Summary: Allstar Services is a private equity-backed residential roofing platform experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking Strategy & Operations Interns to diagnose problems, test ideas, and implement solutions that enhance business operations during the summer internship. Responsibilities: - Analyze the sales process from lead to close to identify where opportunities are being lost - Help the team evaluate and support new market launches - Review completed jobs to understand the gap between what was sold and what happened - Work with field teams and operations leaders to identify where processes break down - Work with the finance team to analyze financial and operational data, surface issues or opportunities, and help develop tools or processes that improve visibility into how the business is performing - Spend time in the data and in the business - Use modern tools, including AI, to analyze problems and build lightweight solutions such as scripts, automations, or analyses that help teams make better decisions - Translate analysis into action Required Qualifications: - Rising seniors studying engineering, economics, mathematics, computer science, analytics, business, or similar fields - People who are curious about how businesses actually work and enjoy figuring out messy systems - Strong problem solvers who are comfortable learning new tools quickly - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to analyze problems, write scripts, automate tasks, or accelerate their work - Most importantly, we want people who take ownership of problems and work hard to solve them Preferred Qualifications: - Coding experience is helpful but not required if you know how to use AI to build what you need Required Skills: Data analysis, AI tools proficiency Important Skills: Financial analysis, Project management Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
