As a Security Officer Reception Access Assistant, you will welcome visitors, manage access, and support daily security operations in a manufacturing and industrial setting. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a manufacturing and industrial setting - Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating with site contacts regarding arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries - Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols - Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while observing and reporting security-related concerns within the location - Document daily activity, incident information, and/or access control issues in required logs and reports with attention to site-specific procedures Required Qualifications: - Have at least 1 year of security-related experience - Be at least 21 years of age - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only Preferred Qualifications: - CPR certification is preferred - Alarm panel experience is preferred - Access control and/or badge experience is preferred Required Skills: Security-related experience, CPR certification, Alarm panel experience, Access control, Badge management Benefits: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more., Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities., Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future., Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
