Summary: Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Front Desk Driver in Bothell, WA. In this role, you will provide customer service, manage access activity, and ensure security protocols are followed while welcoming visitors at a commercial real estate location. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related procedures for the location - Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor access permissions, issue temporary credentials as appropriate, and maintain accurate front desk records - Answer phones, greet employees, guests, and vendors, and communicate clearly with building management and/or emergency contacts regarding security-related concerns - Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols - Support Allied Universal standards by helping to deter unauthorized access, monitoring entry points, and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk Required Qualifications: - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws - Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only Preferred Qualifications: - CPR certification is preferred - Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred - Customer service experience is preferred Required Skills: CPR Certification, Computer or Tablet Use Benefits: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more., Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities., Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance., Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
