Pay & Benefits
Base Pay: $12.50/hour
Average Total Pay: $15.00/hour, including typical performance bonuses
Top Performers: $20+/hour with no cap on bonus earnings

What You’ll Do
As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you’ll help customers find the right AT&T products and services while delivering a great in-store experience.
Talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
Sell AT&T wireless products, services, and technology
Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Work with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals
Learn about new products, promotions, and technology
Take advantage of ongoing training and opportunities for career growth
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable learning and talking about technology
Motivated by goals and performance-based earnings
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
