Summary: Alliance America is an established and growing estate planning firm seeking Part-Time Appointment Setters to support expanding demand. The role involves calling warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for field representatives. Responsibilities: - Call warm leads (retirees who have already expressed interest in estate planning services) using our autodialer - Follow a proven script to qualify prospects and schedule appointments - Set qualified appointments for our field representatives based on location and availability - Accurately document call outcomes and next steps in our system - Professionally handle questions and basic objections using provided training and tools - Contribute to a positive, supportive, team-concept environment Required Qualifications: - Clear, friendly phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette - Dependable and reliable – shows up ready to work every shift - Able to follow scripts, stay compliant, and remain professional on every call - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable with Windows-based programs and learning new systems - Able to work independently while being a strong team player - Confident communicator with basic negotiating skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment setting is a plus (not required) Required Skills: Autodialer, Windows-based programs, Appointment setting Benefits: Hourly pay + bonuses, Weekly payroll
