Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of HVAC equipment and materials - Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain detailed records - Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring easy accessibility - Manage inventory levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts - Prepare and package orders for shipment or delivery to job sites - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment - Assist with loading and unloading trucks - Monitor warehouse supplies and place orders as needed - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Assist HVAC, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL technicians with material and equipment needs Required Qualifications: - Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the HVAC industry - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred) - Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (75LBS) Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials is a plus Required Skills: Warehouse operations, HVAC equipment knowledge, Forklift operation, Pallet jack operation, Inventory management, Time-management skills Benefits: Industry Leading Benefits Package, Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k), IRA
