Summary
Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group (ANG) and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Office Manager-Administrative Assistant / Alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO) to serve as the primary operational hub, professional gateway and Assistant facility Security Officer for an ANG United States Space Force (USSF) prime contract, providing critical mission support to the program. This position will also act as the facility Front-Desk Receptionist and Access Control Lead, overseeing facility security and guest logistics as well as administration of Alternate FSO responsibilities. This is a dual-role position responsible for implementing and maintaining security programs under NISPOM and DoD regulations, while providing administrative management support to ensure office efficiency by maintaining comprehensive records management and schedule administration.
Essential Functions
- Office Management and Administrative Functions: Provide facility coordination and administration to include equipment support contract, logistics (office supplies, food/beverage, contract cleaning coordination, and other duties for facility upkeep). Attend coordination meetings for the program to record meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure decisions are documented for project continuity. Provide administrative scheduling and office support. Support other office environment activities to include holiday events, luncheons, award ceremonies, VIP visits, and other duties as assigned.
- Implement and manage facility security program. Conduct personnel security and visit requests. Support compliance audits and inspections.
Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Previous experience with scheduling preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.

Work Environment
This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of government / military and civilian leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and may include classified communication systems as required.
Physical Demands
The physical demands are typical of executive positions with extensive business interaction, solid decision-making skills, and office / facility operational requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to write, talk and/or hear interactions with personnel and/or electronic communications including computer and/or telephonic.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-through-Friday with a 1-hour lunch break per day included.
Travel
Travel is primarily local area for errands during the business day if required. Travel outside the local area is not anticipated. A dependable personal vehicle available for this individual to transit to-and-from work is required. Any errands that require personal vehicle use will be compensated in accordance with the Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR) allowances if applicable.
Experience
3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management, preferably within a Department of Defense (DoD) secure facility or a multi-program environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- 5–7 years in security and/or administrative support.
- Ability to obtain a CDSE FSO certification within 6 months.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of DISS and NISS

**Compensation and Benefits:**The expected compensation range for this position is $95,000.00-$105,00.00 depending upon education and experience.
