Summary: All Flex Solutions is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support product development through testing, analysis, and instruction writing for new processes and materials. The role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaboration with Process Engineers to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on tests for a variety of processes and materials, working with several Process Engineers and Operators
- Assist with writing test reports
- Assist with data analysis
- Update process and part number work instructions
- Create instructions that emphasize photos and videos in place of written words
- Support root cause analysis and daily nonconforming material resolutions
- Infrequent travel to other AFS factories is required
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Technical degree or significant relevant experience
- 0-5 years' experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective technical writing skills
