We're searching for an Application Concept development for San Bonifacio site:
Mission:
Develop and implement new technologies/processes. Participate in decision making in projects with major impact on technology, in order to optimize performance and increase customer value.
Key task:
Lead and contribute to the development of new technologies and processes for brazed and fusion bonded plate heat exchangers
Analyze customer applications to identify opportunities for product and process innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Manufacturing, to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Optimize product performance and value through innovative design and process improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to heat exchangers.
Identify and pursue innovation opportunities within product and process development
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Support knowledge sharing and competence development within the organization
Competencies:
Solid technical knowledge in heat exchanger design and technology · Knowledge of heat transfer and thermodynamics
Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent qualification
Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and optimize processes
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address specific application requirement
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work effectively in a complex, international environment.
