Outside Sales Executive at ALERT 360 in Kansas City, MO

Summary: Alert 360 is one of the country's fastest-growing security companies, dedicated to providing video surveillance and security solutions. The Video Surveillance & Security Consultant will focus on selling various security products to both businesses and homes, while building customer relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
- B2B, Outside Sales, Self-led generation – Not Required
- Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals
- Desire and drive to make money and be successful
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
- Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers
- Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations
- You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone

Required Qualifications:
- Comfortable working for 100% commission
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
- Weekend and evening availability!

Preferred Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
