Summary: Aledade, Inc. is seeking 2026 Summer Interns to join their Enterprise Strategy team. Interns will engage in hands-on projects to address performance challenges and enhance operational effectiveness within the healthcare system. Responsibilities: - Assessing current practice performance challenges through research and data analysis - Co-developing strategies to enhance performance, operational effectiveness, and practice satisfaction with Aledade as a partner - Creating actionable implementation plans, including defined metrics for tracking impact - Attend meetings with a cohort of other Interns where you will hear from leaders across the company, participate in professional development programming, and touch base with other Interns - Gain exposure to senior executives and industry leaders - Develop expertise in areas including healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows - Have the opportunity to attend relevant events and trainings in the healthcare field Required Qualifications: - Prior internship experience - Strong record of academic success - Passionate about healthcare and interested in making a positive impact in the field - A self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership of projects - A collaborative team player - Detail oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards Required Skills: Data analysis Important Skills: Healthcare policy, Business operations, Programming languages Nice-to-Have Skills: Self-motivated
