Job Description
Summary: Aledade is a public benefit corporation focused on empowering independent primary care. They are recruiting for a Summer Internship in Customer Success Office Operations, where interns will engage in hands-on projects to understand overall operations and contribute to building a unified reporting framework across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Spend 10 weeks building a unified reporting framework across all CSO teams (Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, Aledade Learning Academy)
- Work within the Customer Lifecycle initiative by mapping the current new‑practice onboarding journey, identifying key pain points, and synthesizing insights from cross‑functional partners (Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, Product)
- Help design a lightweight CSO PMO structure by drafting standard intake, planning, and status-reporting templates and documenting a simple, scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives
- Attend meetings with a cohort of other Interns where you will hear from leaders across the company, participate in professional development programming, and touch base with other Interns
- Gain exposure to senior executives and industry leaders
- Develop expertise in areas including healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows
- Have the opportunity to attend relevant events and trainings in the healthcare field
Required Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience
- Strong record of academic success
