Summary: Aledade, Inc. is recruiting for 2026 Summer Interns to engage in hands-on projects that enhance understanding of their healthcare operations. The Actuarial Intern will focus on value-based care through data analysis and financial modeling while taking ownership of significant projects related to Medicare Advantage data and commercial databases. Responsibilities: - Drive value-based care through sophisticated data analysis and financial modeling - Analyze Medicare Advantage data and build a historical database for Commercial - Attend meetings with a cohort of other Interns - Participate in professional development programming - Gain exposure to senior executives and industry leaders - Develop expertise in healthcare policy, programming languages, business operations, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts and clinical workflows - Attend relevant events and trainings in the healthcare field Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an actuarial science or related bachelor's degree program - Preferably have at least one actuarial exam passed - Knowledge of Excel - Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL - Prior internship experience - Strong record of academic success - Passionate about healthcare and interested in making a positive impact in the field - A self-starter who is able to take initiative and ownership of projects - A collaborative team player - Detail oriented and self-motivated to produce work that meets high standards Required Skills: Actuarial science, Data analysis, Financial modeling Important Skills: Excel, SQL Nice-to-Have Skills: Healthcare policy, Self-motivated
