Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

General Reception tasks - direct incoming calls, take messages to relay, answer questions, etc.

Schedule incoming trailer appointments for all departments.

Manage inventory for in house market.

Prepare outgoing and special reports while obtaining necessary data and information from various sources
-
Identify problems and conduct research necessary to assemble information for review
-
Log and attain signatures for basic billing documents
-
Coordinate employee luncheons, set up and tear down of lunches, dinners for business meetings
-
Assist in the development of presentation materials.

Assist with and/or assume responsibility for a variety of small projects as assigned by a variety of departments
-
Perform scanning and other general administrative tasks
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Proficient in office skills with a very strong emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite software skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Considerable experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously is required at this level
-
Must be able to prioritize work assignments to complete tasks timely and accurately
-
Strong communication skills; oral and written
-
Significant customer service experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills required
-
Confidential in nature, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Strong aptitude with numbers, attention to detail
-
Detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and personnel
-
Thorough knowledge of technical and business vocabulary
-
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Strong Team Player – ability to work with multiple team members on a variety of assignments
