Job Description
Job Purpose:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, payroll inputs, government-related processes, and compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, employee transfers, confirmations, promotions, leave, and exits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, HRMS data, and documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, salary certificates, confirmation letters, and other employee documents.
- Monitor employee contracts, probation periods, visa expiry dates, Emirates ID, insurance, and other employment-related documents.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and other employment matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job requisition through joining.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offers and employment documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process, including joining formalities, document collection, orientation, and induction.
3. UAE Labour & Government Relations
- Coordinate with MOHRE and relevant government authorities for employment-related transactions.
- Support work permit, employment contract, visa, status change, cancellation, and related processes.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with applicable UAE employment regulations. MOHRE is the competent authority regulating private-sector labour relations in the UAE.
- Maintain proper records of labour contracts, work permits, visa documents, and employee government transactions.
- Stay updated on changes to UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and employment regulations.
4. Payroll & Attendance
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, allowances, and employee movements.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.
- Assist with final settlements, EOSB calculations, and employee clearance processes.
- Investigate and resolve payroll or attendance-related discrepancies.
5. Employee Relations
- Handle employee concerns and HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.
- Support disciplinary procedures, warning letters, investigations, grievances, and employee relations matters.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures consistently.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmation processes.
- Support the annual performance appraisal process.
- Maintain performance management records and follow up with managers on pending evaluations.
- Assist in identifying employee development and training requirements.
7. Emiratisation & Compliance
- Support the company’s Emiratisation requirements, where applicable.
- Maintain accurate Emirati employee records and required documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant government platforms and internal stakeholders regarding Emiratisation initiatives.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.
8. EOSB Preparation
- Prepare and verify End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations for employees leaving the company, in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Calculate EOSB, accrued leave salary, notice period payments, deductions, and other final settlement components.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll to ensure timely processing of final settlements.
- Review employee service periods, salary components, leave balances, and termination details to ensure calculation accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain EOSB and final settlement records for audit and management purposes.
9. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, absenteeism, leave, employee movements, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and trackers.
- Provide HR data and reports to management as required.
- Ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and readily available for audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HR operations, employment processes, and basic UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Experience with MOHRE, employment contracts, work permits, visa processes, and employee documentation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and EOSB processes.
- Strong recruitment and employee relations skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with HRMS/HRIS is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
