Job Title: Salesman – Shades & Outdoor Structures

Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salesman – Shades Works to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, promoting shade and outdoor structure solutions, preparing quotations, and following up on projects from enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Promote car parking shades, tensile structures, pergolas, canopies, outdoor shades, and related shade solutions.
• Visit clients, contractors, consultants, schools, hotels, commercial buildings, and project sites.
• Understand customer requirements and site conditions.
• Take measurements and coordinate with the technical team when required.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and installation teams.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Follow up with clients for payments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in shades, tensile structures, pergolas, canopies, outdoor structures, or related construction products.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shade structures and construction projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Ability to prepare and explain quotations.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.
