Design Engineer at Ajay Bhilare Structural Solutions in Pune(Kothrud)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures as per IS codes and relevant standards.
  
• Prepare design calculations, structural schemes, and technical design reports.
  
• Develop and review structural drawings in coordination with the drafting team.
  
• Provide design inputs, revisions, and clarifications to site and execution teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project managers for integrated design solutions.
  
• Review shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings.
  
• Support tendering, BOQ preparation, and estimation with structural inputs.
  
• Handle design revisions due to site conditions or client changes.
  
• Conduct design checks and peer reviews for accuracy and optimization.
  
• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and provide structural solutions.
  
• Maintain proper design documentation, records, and version control.
  
• Support structural audits and inspections, if required.
  
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
