Job Description
Summary: Aither Health is a company in the Health Care industry, and they are seeking a HIVE Inventory Control Analyst. This role involves managing and inputting tickets based on CRM notes to support the Hive Department's workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Review CRM notes and extract relevant information to create accurate tickets in the Connect Board system
- Input and maintain ticket information so that team members can efficiently manage and act upon the tickets
- Ensure all ticket entries are accurate, complete, and adhere to department guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to clarify information as needed
- Monitor and prioritize ticket entries to support efficient workflow in the Hive Department
- Assist in the upkeep of the Connect Board system by updating ticket statuses and closing tickets when appropriate
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to critically analyze and interpret CRM entries to extract relevant information
- Self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PC and Windows experience
- Experience with lots and lots of phone calls, coming in and going out
- Ability to remain patient, level-headed and cool under pressure
- Critical thinking and the ability to direct assignments and ensure they are being completed timely
- Talent to communicate clearly - when you explain it, people get it
- Desire to help people and get them to those ah! moments

- Based on business needs, hours outside your normally scheduled shift may be required
- Monday-Friday 830am-5pm EST work week
- Prolonged period sitting at a desk and working on a computer and the ability to lift 15 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing software (preferred)
- Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10 codes and Medical Terminology a plus
