Summary: Aisles & Abroad is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to assist with organizing travel-related services and hospitality arrangements. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, managing details, and supporting clients to ensure a smooth and well-structured experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hospitality services and travel-related arrangements
- Assist with scheduling, reservations, and itinerary organization
- Communicate with clients to gather details and confirm plans
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of client plans and coordination activities
