Job Description
Summary: Aisles & Abroad is seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Travel Customer Service Representatives. This fully remote position focuses on assisting clients with travel inquiries, reservation support, and coordinating vacation details.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options and reservations
- Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Review travel details for accuracy, including dates, traveler information, and accommodations
- Provide clear communication before, during, and after travel
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver professional and timely customer support
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
