Summary: Aisles & Abroad is seeking an organized and service-focused Remote Experience Scheduling Coordinator to assist with coordinating schedules and managing reservations. The role emphasizes attention to detail and communication to ensure a seamless client experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and reservation requests for clients
- Assist with organizing service details, timelines, and related arrangements
- Maintain accurate client records and scheduling information in internal systems
- Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms
- Review confirmations and service details for accuracy and completeness
- Provide general administrative and customer support
- Follow established processes and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications:
