As an AI Engineer for the Integrations team, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance cloud-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities: - Own key responsibilities in the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of AI-driven modules - Propose innovative solutions by staying ahead of AI landscape trends and emerging technologies - Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customers - Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of your development - Write clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systems - Revise, update, refactor, and debug code - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge - Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clients - Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring - Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability - Security is at the forefront of your mind in everything that you do Required Qualifications: - AI experience is a must for this position: Strong knowledge of LLMs and hands-on experience building with them - including usage, prompting and model integration - Proven understanding and direct experience with Agentic AI systems, including designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents and MCP prototype/servers - Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and modern AI architectures such as RAG, vector databases, reranking, and performance optimization - At least 1 year of experience in back-end development using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java, with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance Preferred Qualifications: - Full-stack development experience is a strong plus - Ideally you will have worked with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Amazon Required Skills: AI experience, LLMs knowledge, Agentic AI systems Important Skills: AI frameworks, Back-end development, Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Java Nice-to-Have Skills: Full-stack development, AWS experience Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance is 100% covered, 401k plan with company matching!, Unlimited PTO — take the time you need to come to work feeling great!, Wellness, internet, and childcare reimbursements, Generous parental leave policy
