Summary: Air Products is a leader in industrial gas manufacturing, dedicated to tackling significant energy and environmental challenges. They are seeking a summer intern for their Internal Audit department to gain experience in Sarbanes-Oxley controls testing and operational audits. Responsibilities: - Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls testing - Includes conducting joint meetings with our external auditors and management to test the operating effectiveness of our internal controls, preparing work papers, analyzing the evidence of the control performance, making a pass/failure determination, and supporting the follow up of issues identified during testing. Tests of compliance will be performed in various areas including Financial Reporting, Taxes, Payroll, Revenue, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Requisition-to-Pay - Operational audits - Includes executing audit programs, performing testing, and preparing audit work papers to document conclusions reached during testing Required Qualifications: - Minimum GPA of 3.3 is required - Current student in their sophomore or junior year working toward a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication and time management skills - Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and Word - Inquisitive mindset - Ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with data analytics tool Required Skills: Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SAP ECC, Data analytics tool Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Nice-to-Have Skills: Inquisitive mindset
