Airport Operations Manager Singapore at Air New Zealand · Singapore

Job Description

Kia ora!

To operate a world-class airline, you need world-class people. Air New Zealand is committed to being globally competitive in the aviation industry and exceeding customer expectations. Our operational and frontline customer leadership roles are critical to the success of the Air New Zealand business.

We are currently looking for an Airport Operations Manager for our Singapore port.

Working closely with our third-party contractors and wider Air New Zealand operational teams, your role will be to manage daily operational issues and minimise impacts from a customer, operational and business perspective.

With a passion for continuous improvement, you will be driven to identify and implement customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies and initiatives that champion customer and operational excellence, ultimately meeting and exceeding performance standards and business targets.

As an experienced leader, you will be comfortable managing operations within complex and challenging environments. Airline, airport, customer service and/or hospitality experience would be of great interest, but more importantly, we'd like to understand your experience in customer-centric environments where you've built and developed strong, engaged and high-performing teams.

In previous roles, you will have demonstrated your ability to drive change through collaboration, process development, implementing standards, coaching and mentoring, with a focus on achieving performance targets. Experienced in working within strict regulatory and compliance requirements, you will also be skilled in analysing data to identify trends and develop solutions that meet our complex business needs.

This is a great opportunity to further develop and consolidate your leadership and customer service experience in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment.

To apply for this role, you must be able to work legally and permanently in Singapore.

Please apply online with your CV and cover letter.

Applications close 8 November 2026.
